Day 1 - Marmaris
After boarding your yacht in the afternoon and preparing to sail, you can spend the day exploring Marmaris, a lively city with plenty of dining options. It is also a good time to collect any extra supplies before departing. Or enjoy a meal on board with the private chef service and watch the city and harbour from the water.
Day 2 - Ekincik Bay – Dalyan
The gulet anchors in Ekincik Bay, between Marmaris and Dalyan. From there, river boats run up the Dalyan channel to the Lycian rock tombs, the ruins of Kaunos and Iztuzu (Turtle) Beach, which is closed at night to protect loggerhead turtle nests. The bay itself offers water sports, and on a walk along the western banks of the delta you may see wild boar.
Day 3 - Tersane Island – Cleopatra's Bath – Kızıl Island
Tersane Island, also known as Shipyard Island, is one of the largest islands in the Gulf of Fethiye. Its bay has a 100-metre deep channel that once served the Ottoman navy, and the ruins of Telandria are nearby.
Cleopatra's Bath is a bay near Göcek where the partly submerged ruins of ancient baths lie in the clear water. According to legend, Mark Antony gave these baths to Cleopatra as a wedding present, and a spring here is said to benefit the skin. Kızıl Island glows red at sunset and has a lighthouse on its southern tip. To the northwest, the Deliktaş Isles suit anchoring, swimming and fishing.
Day 4 - Fethiye
Fethiye is a coastal city about half an hour's drive from Dalaman Airport in southwestern Turkey. It is known for its nightlife, with bars, restaurants and entertainment by day and night. The area has many archaeological sites, and its three marinas make Fethiye a good starting or ending point for yacht charters.
Day 5 - Yassıca Islands
The Yassıca Islands in the Gulf of Fethiye are uninhabited and suit swimming, exploring and relaxed sailing. Each island has secluded beaches. The beaches are stony, so bring suitable footwear. Some islands are close enough to swim between, and family-friendly water sports are available. Stay for sunset, when the scenery becomes especially romantic.
Day 6 - Sarsala Bay
Sarsala Bay is a favourite with yachtsmen, offering good swimming and a calm setting for overnight anchoring. Inland, a lush valley winds through dense forest, ideal for nature walks and hidden trails. The beach is mostly stony, so suitable footwear is important.

Day 7 - Bedri Rahmi Bay – Aga Port – Star Island
Bedri Rahmi Bay is a sheltered anchorage that is rarely reached by wind. It is named after the Turkish author and painter Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu, who often fished here. Pine, olive trees and oleanders frame the clear water, and visitors can swim or walk the surrounding hills.
Aga Port has twin bays, good for anchoring, swimming and fishing. A freshwater spring from the mountains keeps the water refreshingly cool. A one-hour walk leads inland to the ancient city of Lyda.
Star Island (Yıldız Adası, Nimara), near Marmaris, has cafés, restaurants and clear water for swimming and snorkelling. Its bay known as the wrong channel has caught many sailors out with its rocks.
Day 8 - Marmaris
Breakfast is served and you leave the boat by 10:00. The route ends in Marmaris, a city that combines natural beauty and history, ready for your journey home.
