Tell us your dates, group size and wishes using the form below, by email or WhatsApp — or, if you have already found your yacht while browsing the gulet charter fleet, send the request straight from that boat's page. Either way it is free and non-binding; you get a personal reply, not an automated price list.
Because we know the yachts, their crews and the itineraries in detail, we shortlist boats that actually fit your group. The written offer states the home port, cruising hours, meal plan, water toys and any exclusions.
Happy with a boat? We send two copies of the charter contract signed by us. You sign both, return one together with the 50% deposit — and the yacht is blocked for your dates. Only then is the booking confirmed.
You receive the food and beverage preference sheet and the Charter Information Form with passenger list. We arrange airport transfers, provisioning and any special requests — dietary needs, celebrations, water sports.
The balance is settled shortly before embarkation according to your contract. After the captain's briefing you set the route together — and it stays flexible, because good captains adjust daily plans around wind and sea conditions.
You do not need everything figured out. These six points are enough for us to come back with boats worth your time:
Number of guests, adults and children, and how many cabins you want. Children's ages matter for safety equipment and routes.
Traditional gulet, VIP or luxury class, or a fast motor yacht? If unsure, we compare both options for your group size and route.
Charter rates are weekly and cover the whole yacht with crew. A realistic range lets us shortlist faster and suggest the best value weeks.
Family holiday, honeymoon, friends' week, birthday or business meeting — the occasion changes which cabins, decks and routes we recommend.
Diets and allergies, water toys, diving stops, Greek islands crossing, quiet bays versus marina nights — write them all in the message box.
Payments follow one simple rhythm, confirmed in writing in every contract:
Paid when you return the signed contract. It blocks the yacht exclusively for your dates.
Due 6 weeks before departure, shortly before embarkation at the latest — exactly as stated in your contract.
Bank transfer or credit card. Our team sends the correct account details with the contract.
After booking confirmation we send these forms and reminders — nothing complicated, just five minutes each:
Valid passports for every guest on the passenger list
Travel insurance — cancellation cover recommended
Charter Information Form and Client List returned
Food and beverage preference sheet completed
Transfer times confirmed from the airport to the marina
Visa requirements checked — we assist non-EU guests with Turkish waters regulations
