Day 1 of 8 Night: at anchor near Bodrum
Boarding from 16:00 at Kumbahçe harbour in Bodrum: meet the crew, settle into your cabin, short briefing. Bodrum Castle (St. Peter’s) and the ancient theatre of Halicarnassus are close to the harbour. Then we sail to the first bay for a swim, dinner on board and the night at anchor.
Day 2 of 8 Night: at anchor in Palamutbükü bay
Long clean beaches, clear water and a sea cave on the Datca peninsula. Swim and snorkel all day, walk along the shore or try fresh seafood at a waterfront restaurant – a quiet stop away from the crowds.
Day 3 of 8 Night: Bencik fjord
Aktur sits at the narrowest point of the Datca peninsula, where, according to Herodotus, the ancient Knidians tried to cut a canal against the Persian army. Bencik is a narrow fjord between steep cliffs and pine forest, sheltered for the night.
Day 4 of 8 Night: Selimiye village
Emel Sayin Bay, named after the Turkish singer, has calm turquoise water below pine-covered rocks. In Orhaniye, walk and paddle along the Kizkumu sand spit, tied to an old love legend. Overnight in Selimiye, a stone village among olive groves with waterfront restaurants.
Day 5 of 8 Night: Bozburun harbour
Dirsekbuku is a quiet, sheltered cove known for its sunsets – swim and snorkel. Overnight in Bozburun, a fishing village and the home of traditional gulet building: boatyards, a small harbour and fresh fish by the water.
Day 6 of 8 Night: at anchor off Knidos
Whitewashed houses, bougainvillea and small shops along the Datca seafront. Knidos, the ancient city at the tip of the peninsula, with the site of the Temple of Aphrodite, a well-preserved theatre and wide views over the Aegean.
Day 7 of 8 Night: at anchor in a bay near Bodrum
Kara Ada has a cave with warm mineral spring water, said to be good for the skin, and rocky coves for swimming. Orak Island, often called the “Maldives of Turkey”, has a pale sandy seabed and very clear turquoise water – the last long swim of the week.
Day 8 of 8 Breakfast on board, then checkout by Saturday 10:00 at Kumbahçe harbour.

“I had an absolutely amazing time on the boat, not one complaint. The crew were amazing and so helpful with everything, and the food was so delicious.”
It suits couples, friends and solo travellers aged 12 and over who want a blue cruise in Turkey without chartering a whole gulet. You book a cabin, not the whole boat: your own ensuite cabin on a shared gulet, a week of swimming between quiet bays, three meals a day cooked on board. Most guests come as couples, friends or on their own, and it works well for a first time on a gulet.
Every Saturday from May 29, 2027 to Sep 25, 2027: 18 departures, Bodrum round trip, 7 nights. Prices are per person in a shared double cabin; using a cabin alone costs 80% more.
