June to late September is generally the strongest window for a Kos motor yacht charter. In Meltemi conditions, the advantage is using speed with strict timing so crossings happen earlier in the day.
A practical loop is Kos - Pserimos - Kalymnos - Leros - Kos. Around Pserimos, Kalymnos and Leros, it helps to lock lunch and overnight plans one day ahead and keep a protected backup anchorage for afternoon wind.
Prepare fuel, water and provisioning through Kos Marina and customs suitable piers, then align transfers from Kos Airport (KGS). This format fits groups who want island variety with controlled timing and minimal waiting at ports.
