Bozburun Gulet Charter

Compare active gulets by route, size and onboard layout, then ask for a shortlist built around your dates and group.

Bozburun Gulet Charter - Quiet Bay Tradition

May to October also suits a Bozburun gulet charter when the goal is silence, traditional cove nights and a low density Blue Cruise rhythm. The value is longer swims and calm evenings rather than aggressive distance.

A balanced line is Bozburun - Dirsekbuku - Serce Limani - Kocabahce - Selimiye - Bozburun. Separating swim bays, lunch bays and overnight shelters keeps service smooth and anchoring conservative in peak weeks.

Complete provisioning and port routines via Bozburun piers and Selimiye service pontoons, then align transfers from Dalaman Airport (DLM). A gulet fits guests who want relaxed deck dinners, quiet nights and classic Blue Cruise atmosphere.

Why choose a gulet charter in Bozburun?

  • Bozburun is Turkey's traditional gulet-building village — many of the wooden gulets in today's charter fleet were launched here.
  • It is the quietest embarkation point on the Turkish coast: a small harbour town with village-scale services.
  • The surrounding Hisarönü Gulf shoreline provides sheltered, short-leg cruising suited to relaxed weeks.
  • Marmaris is under 90 minutes by road, keeping transfers simple while the departure point stays uncrowded.

What is included in a Bozburun gulet charter?

For Bozburun departures the written offer confirms crew, fuel hours, meals and harbour fees for your Hisarönü Gulf route.

Typically included

  • Full crew: captain, chef and deckhand
  • En-suite cabins with air conditioning
  • Linen and towels
  • Drinking water on board
  • Onboard equipment and water toys listed on the boat's page

Usually quoted separately

  • Fuel beyond the included cruising hours
  • Port and marina fees outside the home port
  • Food and beverage provisioning, unless full board or half board is stated
  • Airport transfers
  • Crew gratuity, customary 5–10%

Bozburun Gulet Charter — Frequently asked questions

Seven days is usually ideal in Bozburun because Bozburun-Dirsekbuku-Serce-Dislice-Ciftlik-Selimiye-Bozburun can be run with weather buffer.

Both work in Bozburun; motor yacht for faster legs, gulet for slower deck comfort in coves like Dirsekbuku,Serce,Dislice,Ciftlik,Kocabahce.

Main points are Bozburun town pier and Selimiye service pontoons; pre-book fuel, water, and fresh supply windows.

A gulet is a traditional Turkish wooden sailing vessel built for deck-first living rather than speed. Across our fleet — from the 8-guest Optimist up to the 36-guest Love Boat — the layout favours wide open decks, shaded lounging areas, and social dining space over cabin density, which is why gulets suit groups who want to spend most of the day outdoors between swim stops rather than moving fast between ports.

A typical gulet charter includes full crew service (captain, chef and deckhand), en-suite air-conditioned cabins, linen and towels, and drinking water on board. Fuel, port fees outside the home port and transfers are usually quoted separately. Your written offer lists the exact inclusions for the gulet and dates you choose.

The rhythm follows the Blue Cruise pattern: breakfast, a morning cruise to a swim bay, a long lunch stop, free time for swimming or water sports, and an evening either at anchor or in a harbour town. The exact stops depend on your route — a Bodrum–Gökova week looks different from a Fethiye–Kekova or Göcek–Göcek Bays route — so the day-to-day plan is built around whichever departure port and route you choose.

Late April to late October is the sailing season. July–August is warmest but also the busiest and most expensive; May–June and September–October offer calmer water traffic, comparable swimming weather, and better availability across our fleet. If your dates are flexible, the shoulder months are usually the better value trade-off.

Our onboard chefs cook fresh Turkish and international dishes daily, with full-board or half-board options depending on the gulet. Before your cruise, you'll receive a preference sheet to flag dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) and any meal preferences, so the menu is set before you board rather than improvised at sea.

It depends on group size, budget, and what you want the trip to feel like. Our fleet ranges from 4-cabin/8-guest gulets up to 16-cabin/36-guest gulets, across VIP, Luxury, Ultra Luxury and Standard Plus classes. Rather than scrolling every listing, you can filter by destination, budget or a starting preference — family-ready, romantic, large group, sport & active — or send us your dates and group size directly over WhatsApp for a tailored shortlist.

An Unforgettable Family Journey with DE Yachting Aboard Baba Can

Our family just returned from the most incredible trip to Turkey, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The highlight of our vacation was our unforgettable week aboard Baba Can, which was simply perfect from beginning to end.

A huge thank you to Hülya and the entire team at DE Yachting for organizing such a seamless experience. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, communication was excellent, and we felt completely taken care of throughout the entire process.

Most importantly, our captain and crew aboard Baba Can were absolutely outstanding. They made us feel at home from the moment we stepped on board. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made the trip so special. They went above and beyond every day, whether it was finding beautiful secluded bays, preparing incredible meals, or making sure our family had everything we needed. By the end of the week, they felt like family.

Turkey itself is one of the most beautiful countries we’ve ever visited, with crystal-clear water, charming coastal towns, delicious food, and incredibly warm people. Thanks to DE Yachting and the amazing crew of Baba Can, this became one of the best vacations our family has ever taken.

We cannot recommend DE Yachting and Baba Can highly enough. Thank you, Hülya, our captain, and the entire crew for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. We will absolutely be back!
