About Sunworld IX
Sunworld IX is a 30-metre traditional gulet built in 2000 and refitted in 2014, chartered privately with her crew on the Turkish coast around Bodrum, and to the nearby Greek islands. She takes up to 20 guests in 8 air-conditioned cabins (4 double cabins and 4 triple cabins), each with its own shower and WC. A crew of 5 looks after you: the captain, a cook and deckhands.
Life on board centres on the deck: a cushioned aft deck with a big table for long lunches, a sun deck with mattresses under an awning and a deck shower for after a swim. For active days she carries water skis, a canoe, a paddle board, a ringo, snorkelling gear and fishing gear.
In 2027 Sunworld IX costs €2,250 a day in May and October, €2,750 in June and September and €3,500 in July and August. With 20 guests that works out at about €113 to €175 per person per day.
Similar 8-cabin gulets in our fleet include C.Taner 2 (33 m, from €2,300 a day) and Memo (30 m, from €2,300 a day). Sunworld IX has the lowest starting price of the three.
Her starting price is about 10% below the typical (median) price of the 29 8-cabin gulets in our fleet (€2,500 a day). Booking in May or October instead of July or August saves about 36% on the daily rate.
Where will you sleep?
